If we make a mistake, we'll make it right. If there's a legitimate issue, we'll work with you in good faith to find a fair solution.

Our goal isn't simply to earn your order—it's to earn your confidence.

Every holster is handcrafted in our Gilbert, Arizona workshop and individually tested before it ships. We stand behind our products, our workmanship, and the people who trust us to serve them.

Our reputation matters more than a single transaction.

RETURNS, WARRANTY & SHIPPING POLICY

OUR COMMITMENT

At Uncommon Concealed, every holster is built to order with precision craftsmanship. We take pride in delivering uncommon comfort and concealment. If something isn't right, we will work with you in good faith to make it right—within the boundaries outlined below.

CUSTOM-BUILT PRODUCT POLICY

Because every holster is custom-built, orders become non-cancelable once production begins.

Custom configurations include, but are not limited to:

  • Specific firearm model and generation
  • Weapon-mounted light configuration
  • Suppressor-height sight clearance
  • Left- or right-hand draw
  • Color or material selection
  • Ride height, cant, claw, wedge, or other hardware options
  • Engraving or personalization

Please verify your firearm make, model, and configuration prior to ordering.

FIT & RETENTION ADJUSTMENT POLICY

Uncommon Concealed holsters are precision-molded and individually tested to ensure proper fit and dependable retention.

Our standard is simple: your unloaded firearm should remain securely seated in the holster during normal movement and when held upside down, while still allowing a smooth and consistent draw.

If you experience a fit or retention concern:

  • Contact us within seven (7) days of delivery
  • Provide your order number
  • Submit photos of your firearm (unloaded) and holster

In many cases, fit or retention concerns can be resolved through minor adjustments or refinements.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or remake the holster at our discretion.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If we make an error in manufacturing or ship the incorrect item:

  • We will provide a prepaid return label
  • We will repair, replace, or remake the product
  • You will not incur return shipping costs

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the custom-built nature of our products, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect firearm selection.

However, we reserve the right—at our sole discretion—to offer store credit, exchanges, or other resolutions on a case-by-case basis.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days after inspection of the returned item.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following are non-returnable unless defective:

  • Holsters showing wear beyond test fitting
  • Modified or altered products
  • Clearance or discounted items
  • Custom engraved or personalized products

LIFETIME CRAFTSMANSHIP WARRANTY

We stand behind our workmanship.

If your holster fails due to a manufacturing defect under normal use, we will repair, replace, or remake it at our discretion.

This warranty reflects our commitment to standing behind our products and treating customers the way we would want to be treated.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Abuse or misuse
  • Intentional modification
  • Improper installation of hardware
  • Cosmetic wear from normal use
  • Damage caused by third-party accessories

FIREARM SAFETY & LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Uncommon Concealed manufactures firearm retention devices. A holster does not make a firearm safe.

The user is solely responsible for:

  • Safe handling practices
  • Ensuring the firearm is unloaded during fitment
  • Proper training and lawful use

By purchasing and using our products, the customer represents and agrees that:

  • They are legally permitted to possess the firearm used with the product
  • They assume all risks associated with firearm ownership and use
  • Uncommon Concealed shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the product

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

INDEMNIFICATION

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Uncommon Concealed, Uncommon Concealed Co., LLC, and their officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from misuse, negligent handling, unlawful use, or modification of the product.

SHIPPING POLICY

Production Lead Times

All holsters are built to order. Current lead times are 2–3 weeks.

Because every holster is built to order, cancellation requests can only be accommodated before production begins.

Domestic Shipping

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Tracking information is provided once the order ships.

Uncommon Concealed is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery
  • Provide photographs of packaging and contents

We will assist in initiating a carrier claim.
